About the Author

Seriously though
Hi, I’m Peter J. Richardson, animator and auteur.
I live in New York, which I chose from over 38,000 cities, using an electronic computer to analyze them for a variety of attributes, including altitude, proximity to active volcanoes, density, and absorbency. From my subterranean lab deep underground, I explore the boundaries of time and space, but mostly time, using Science.
Professionally, I most often explore those boundaries as a subcontractor for various production agencies, under the guise of my business arm, Fake. Between gigs I work on a never-ending series of personal projects which historically involve monks, babies, rodents, floating, and a fuzzy sort of possibly allegorical mysticism.
For your stalking convenience, I have tentacles on Flickr, Twitter, and Facebook, and of course feel free to peruse my extensive IMDb entry.
Additional Biodata
I was born and raised by a pack of wild school teachers near the northern end of North America’s Pacific temperate rain forests, and studied art in the Cross Timbers woodlands in the southern Great Plains.
My favorite organic carboxylic acids are:
- tartaric (in sour patch kids)
- malic (in sweet tarts)
- citric
- ascorbic (vitamin C)
- acetic (in vinegar)
- stearic (crayon smell), and
- nicotinic (vitamin B3, aka niacin).
The more carboxyl groups the merrier, is what I always say.
This site is for you.
