Breakdown!
Like Musicotherapie, this clip features great squash-and-stretch and quick movements, generally constrained to the plane of the screen.
The bulk of it is cel shaded 3D, but this kind of deformation would be a huge pain to rig; I’d guess there’s some hand-drawn post sneakiness in there.
